The following are ways that members use their time and talents to serve the Lord and support the St. Matthew Parish Family. __ Liturgical Art & Environment Worker __ Minister at Saturday or Sunday Mass as: __ Altar Server __ Cantor __ Choir Member __ Eucharistic Minister __ Greeter before Mass __ Instrumentalist (organ, piano, guitar, brass, etc.) __ Lector (Reader of God’s Word) __ Sacristan __ Usher __ Serve at 12:15 PM Weekday Mass as: __ Altar Server __ Lector __ Serve at Funeral Masses as: __ Altar Server __ Lector __ Usher Captain for ( __ 4:30 Mass; __ 8:30 Mass; __ 11:30 Mass ) __ Catholic Youth Community--C.Y.C.--Participant [Gr. 8-12 students] __ C.Y.C. Adult Team Member [adults 21+ years old] __ Children’s Liturgy of the Word Leader during 11:30 Sunday Mass __ Family Faith Formation Catechist (teacher) __ Family Faith Formation Catechist Aide __ Family Faith Formation Participant {Gr. 1 to Adult} __ Intercessor (pray-er) for a Faith Formation Group __ Team Member for R.C.I.A. - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults __ Vacation Bible School ( __ Games; __ Snack ) Helper, Gr. 8-Adult __ Vacation Bible School Teacher of: __ Crafts, __ Music, __ Story __ Serve as Member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society __ Eucharistic Minister to Homebound Parishioner __ Regional Jail Ministry Team Member __ Right to Life Awareness Raising and Monthly Prayer Together __ Serve While Homebound (Pray for Parish; Send Cards to People) __ Transport a Needy Person to Weekend Mass __ Serve as a Parish Finance Commission member __ Church Office Aide (answer phones/door, stuff envelopes, etc.) __ Church Cleaning Crew (dust, vacuum, dust-mop – once a month) __ Parish Grounds Beautification Helper (flowers, shrubs, grass) __ Skilled in the following and will help when needed: __ Carpentry __ Masonry __ Caulking __ Paint (walls, etc.) __ Decorate __ Plumbing __ Electrical __ Sewing __ Serve as a member of the Parish Council of Catholic Women __ C. C. W. Annual Day of Spiritual Renewal Helper __ C. C. W. Fund-raising Events Helper for Bake Sales, etc __ C. C. W. Funeral Dinner Helper – set up, serve meal, clean up __ Parish Representative to Regional Council of Catholic Women __ Serve as a Parish Pastoral Council member __ Driver for Fr. Flynn on First Fridays to Homebound Parishioners __ Game Coordinator for Annual Parish Picnic in August __ Hospitality Helper for Special Events (Welcome Home Sunday. etc.) __ Vocation Committee (help promote Church Ministry Vocations) __ Wash and Iron Altar Server Vestments WORSHIP
